Data controller

ConIQ is a business service and accounts are opened for companies. For data from your company's machines and the operator details your company enters, your company is the data controller and ETSE processes that data on its behalf.

Data we process

• Account details: name, email, phone, and your password stored in irreversible form
• Machine data: location, speed, engine hours, fuel and alerts from the device installed on the machine; licence plate and device details
• Contacts: names and phone numbers of operators and notification contacts added by your company
• Technical data: a device token used to send notifications, and IP addresses in server logs
• Website form: the company name and email you enter in the pilot request form

Your phone's location is used only on your phone, to show you on the map. It is not sent to our servers.

Why we process it

We process data to provide the service, manage your account, send alerts, keep the service secure, respond to requests and support, and meet our legal obligations. The legal bases under Article 5(2) of the KVKK are performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The app has no analytics or ad tracking, and etseteknoloji.com.tr does not use cookies.

Who we share it with

Your data is shared only with authorised users at your company, with the infrastructure providers we use to run the service, and with authorities where the law requires it.

To send notifications and show maps, limited data goes to providers outside Türkiye such as Expo, Apple and Google: the device token and notification content, and your IP address when map images load. The website pilot form is saved with Google Forms.

Retention and security

Machine location and engine data is kept for 365 days. Account details are kept until your account is deleted, and company records for the term of the contract. Records the law requires us to keep are held for the legal periods.

Connections between the app and our servers are encrypted, and passwords are stored in irreversible form.

Deleting your account

Accounts are opened by your company, so the app has no option to delete your account. To have it deleted, ask your company's ConIQ administrator or email [email protected] from your registered address. We complete requests within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, your name, contact details and sessions are permanently removed. Machine data belongs to your company and is not deleted with your account.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damage.

Send requests to [email protected] or to the postal address above. We answer free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version and its effective date are always on this page.
